Megan Parry, MSc, RN, BA Hons, is a dedicated healthcare leader with a global career spanning five continents, specializing in driving transformative change within complex health systems. With a background in geography and clinical expertise as a pediatric nurse, she bridges strategic vision with frontline experience to design and execute high-impact quality improvement initiatives.
Her work focuses on the intersections of global health, clinical informatics, process optimization, and change management—advancing healthcare system strengthening while prioritizing patient experience, staff well-being, and operational efficiency.
Megan is an ICN Global Nurse Leadership Scholar, Member of the Royal College of Nursing International Committee and currently serves as a Program Manager at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) in Toronto, where she leads strategic quality improvement initiatives from concept to execution.
