Critical Care Outreach Nurse

Jason Marchand is one of four Critical Care Outreach Nurses in BC Children's Hospital's Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. With 11 years pediatric experience and 9 years in the PICU, he and his team support clinicians on-site and throughout British Columbia. Most recently, he is part of ChildHealthBC's post-ICU follow-up pilot initiative, helping deliver education to patients, families, and clinicians with the goal of mitigating post-ICU sequelae and improving long-term outcomes for PICU survivors.
