Simran Chahal is a Master of Science student in the Neuroscience program at the University of Calgary, supervised by Dr. Sarah MacEachern and Dr. Deborah Dewey. Simran completed her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Neuroscience at the University of Calgary. Simran has experience volunteering in Rotary Flames House, a respite care centre for children with medical complexity, and research experience in advocacy-related inititatives including anti-racism policy strategies and anti-poverty program evaluation.
