Laura Gordon is the Director of Product at Health Standards Organization (HSO) and Accreditation Canada, where she supports teams in developing solutions to improve healthcare quality and safety. With over nine years at HSO, she has led product innovation, strategic development, and global program management. She previously led digital initiatives to enhance quality improvement and patient experience measurement. Laura has also held roles at The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre, the Public Health Agency of Canada, and The Ottawa Hospital, focusing on global healthcare, safety, and accreditation.
