Child Health BC
Jennifer Scarr has been with Child Health BC since 2013, contributing to the organization's growth and evolution into a Health Improvement Network (HIN). During this time, she has collaborated with regional health authorities, Indigenous organizations, academic institutions, professional associations, and government ministries to drive initiatives in health system planning, clinical quality improvement, data strategies, and research and innovation.
With over 25 years of experience in healthcare across British Columbia, Jennifer has held roles in front-line practice as well as regional and provincial leadership positions. She earned a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Manitoba and a Master of Nursing degree from the University of British Columbia.
As the Executive Director, Jennifer is committed to supporting the continued success of the Child Health BC team and fostering collaborative relationships with provincial partners to build an integrated, accessible system of services that enhances the health and well-being of children and youth across the province.
