Media Registration
Children’s Healthcare Canada provides complimentary registration for accredited journalists and editorial staff from various media outlets. This includes newspapers, magazines, medical or health care publications, as well as broadcast or web-based media.
Media passes grant access to all plenary sessions and seminars, though do not include meals or social events.To obtain a media pass, journalists must present proper identification, such as a business card or letter of assignment. Freelance journalists must submit a letter of assignment on official letterhead from a recognized news organization. Requests for media passes can be made by contacting the Children’s Healthcare Canada media relations staff at
conference@childhealthcan.ca.
Media Services
The media relations staff at Children’s Healthcare Canada are available to provide journalists with background information on child health issues and facilitate interviews with speakers, representatives, or spokespeople.
Question-and-answer sessions during conference sessions are reserved for delegates, however journalists can request interviews with speakers through the media relations staff or wait until the session has ended.
