Registration Policies

Registration Deadlines

Registrations for the in-person event must be completed by April 1, 2025.  Please note that all delegates must register online before the conference starts as on-site registration will not be available.

Bulk Invoices

Organizations registering 7 or more members for #ChildHealthCan2025 can benefit from our bulk invoicing option, which includes a 10% discount. For inquiries regarding bulk invoicing, please contact us at conference@childhealthcan.ca.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, please notify us via email to conference@childhealthcan.ca no later than March 20, 2025. Refunds are subject to a $150 administrative fee ($50 administrative fee for students). No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date.

Substitutions

Delegates are permitted to make substitutions within the same registration category without penalty until April 1, 2025. After this date, substitutions will be subject to a $150 administrative fee. Kindly send your substitution requests to conference@childhealthcan.ca, including the substitute’s name, telephone number, and email address.

Session Cancellations

Children’s Healthcare Canada reserves the right to cancel any session(s) due to unforeseen circumstances or low attendance. We do not accept responsibility for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred because of session cancellation.

Privacy Policy/Personal Information

Your contact and personal information provided during conference registration is securely protected. This information is used by Children’s Healthcare Canada staff for delegate administration and to inform delegates about future events and offerings.
